Custom watercooled PCs have become more and more common over the past decade to the point where they’re almost commonplace now. But many people don’t exactly understand what they’re getting themselves into when they build or purchase one.

A little bit of semi-regular maintenance can prevent major headaches down the road, so over the next few videos I’ll show you what’s involved in maintaining a custom watercooled PC.

In this video, we’ll look at draining and flushing your coolant without disassembly.

In Part 2 I’ll show you how to disassemble your loop and waterblocks to clean them manually.
