A lot of you guys have been asking me to try out Automobilista 2 lately. As the game is still in Early Release, I’m not going to do a review just yet, but here’s a sneaky little preview out of what you can expect with the graphics maxed out as we drive around the 1988-spec Imola circuit (pre Tamburello chicane).
I’ve set the weather to transition from dry to wet throughout the 7-lap race so you can see how the weather impacts different areas of the circuit dynamically.
In my opinion, the game still has a way to go yet when it comes to physics and force feedback, but there is a LOT of potential here and it’s absolutely gorgeous graphically and appears to be well optimized as is Project Cars 2.
