How to enable BRZ Boomerang Lights as DRLs

Everyone knows the light bars inside the Subaru BRZ’s headlights (also known as Boomarang Lights) look awesome, but did you know theres a quick and easy mod that allows you to have them remain on as Driving Lights (DRLs) whenever the car is running?
