Headlight Modification – Part 4 – Sealing Headlights Back Together

It’s been 6 days and the paint is now fully cured, so it’s time to get these headlights sealed back together.

In this video I’ll show you the techniques I use to reassemble headlights. remember it is VITALLY important to allow adequate time for the paint to cure BEFORE you seal your lights up, otherwise you will end up with cloudy lenses. This is due to the paint emitting vapours as it cures over time. Enamel paints can take many months to fully cure, so be careful!

Be sure to watch my previous videos to learn how to open headlights, paint, make demon eyes, ect.
